PLANS given the go ahead by Amber Valley Borough Council include one for a loft conversion at a house in Sawmills.

Mrs J Barker, of 28 Ladygrove, can convert the loft after the scheme was approved.

A plan to replace three timber windows and a wooden door with sliding sash PVC windows and a green PVC door at the front of the property by Kathryn Drake, of 39 Chapel Street, Belper, can also go ahead.

A plan to install seven Velux rooflights by Keely Allen, of 6 Lodge Drive, Belper was approved.
