The city of Salisbury’s Historic Preservation Commission will meet at 5:15 p.m. today at City Hall, 217 S. Main St.

Substantial changes could be made to the applications presented for review, reflecting objections, debate or discussion.

The agenda includes the following certificates of appropriateness:

• 215 N. Main St. James and Andrea Davis, owner/applicant

Request: Replacement of three windows in the back of the building that have rotted and leak, causing extensive damage to the building.

• 230 W. Marsh St. John and Judy Kay, owner/applicant

Request: Replacement of aluminum windows and doors on previously enclosed porch. Replacements will be simple double-hung 1/1 wood windows with aluminum clad exterior; trim to match existing wood windows.

• 125 and 127 E. Innes St. Belle Realty, owner. Karen Littleton, agent/applicant

Request: Fire retardant cloth awnings on front entrance.

• 215 W. Monroe St. Elizabeth Snyder, owner/applicant

Request: Replacement of garage door.

The commission will hear a notice of demolition for 25 Kesler Street, located in the Kesler Manufacturing Company National Register District. Diane Moon is the owner/applicant.
